Cross-Cultural Innovation and Entrepreneurship

چکیده

How can culture help explain persistent cross-country differences in innovation and entrepreneurship? This overview of cross-cultural innovation/entrepreneurship research draws on the most prominent cultural frameworks (by Hofstede, Schwartz, GLOBE, Gelfand colleagues). After outlining similarities between these frameworks, I discuss theoretical perspectives how shapes (culture fit, misfit, social support, as a boundary condition) give an empirical innovation/entrepreneurship. conclude by opportunities best practices for future practical implications.
